Terms of use

Effective August 15, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Handwriting Personality Test. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Service description

Handwriting Personality Test is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Graphology is not a validated psychological assessment; never use a result to judge yourself or anyone else.

One-time report purchases

The 26-question test and seven-profile result are free. After completing the test, you may purchase a full report for US$2.99. Each purchase covers that report only. Reopening a purchased report does not incur another charge. There are no subscriptions, credit packs or automatic renewals.

Stripe processes your one-time payment. Your report starts after payment is confirmed and is saved to your account. If it cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded to the original payment method. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.

Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.

Availability and changes

Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
