Refund policy

Effective July 15, 2026.

One-time full reports

A full report costs US$2.99 once, after you complete the test. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Undelivered reports

If a paid report cannot be delivered, we refund the full US$2.99 to the original payment method. A delayed report is checked before it is marked failed, so refreshing or returning to your account does not charge you again. Bank processing may take several days.

Delivered reports

Once your personalized report has been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If the report is inaccessible or you believe there is an error with your purchase, contact support.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact [email protected] with the account email, charge date, and Stripe receipt identifier. Do not email full card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
